Auf einem kurzen Rundgang durch das Stadtzentrum werden einige Beispiele für Bauarbeiten verschiedener Art vorgestellt, um mögliche Eingriffe in das architektonische Erbe zu erklären und die Schlüssel der "guten Praktiken" zur Aufrechterhaltung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Architektur aufzuzeigen. Ob man privater oder öffentlicher Eigentümer ist.
