And the monkey invented culture

Thibaud Gruber
How do humans differ from animals? Is it through culture, language or the use of tools? Are the emotions shared by animals comparable to those of humans? Thibaud Gruber's research into the behavior of chimpanzees in their natural environment highlights the cognitive and social capacities of animals. His work questions not only the differences between human and chimpanzee culture, but also the learning and transmission processes specific to the animal kingdom.
