Collecting the art of light. Glass, connoisseurship and the art market in the 19th century

An international symposium dedicated to glass art, collecting and the art market during the 19th century. In particular, it will present the results of the Corpus Vitrearum project "Les vitraux historiques des collections publiques de la Ville de Genève", led by the Vitrocentre Romont in close collaboration with Musée Ariana, which holds all of the 400 or so stained-glass windows studied.
