Walk: recognising and attracting birds?
Have you heard or seen a bird this morning? This walk around the Kings' Cemetery will be an introduction to listening, recognising and imitating some of the common bird species found in the city. The walk will be followed by a short visit to the "Unusual Dialogues" exhibition at the MEG, organised by the Geneva Natural History Museum (MHNG).
Meeting point: Entrance to the Cimetière des Rois at the corner of rue des rois and boulevard Saint-Georges. The walk ends at the MEG.

Unusual dialogues with the Museum

This exhibition, scattered around the city in the form of small installations, is being produced as part of the temporary closure of the Geneva Natural History Museum (MHNG).The Museum is closing its doors to the public from 1 January 2024, in order to carry out renovation work on its reception areas. It is due to reopen in early 2025. During this period, specimens from the MHNG will be on display alongside other objects from the collections in various cultural venues around Geneva.
