Discover the basics of natural sourdough baking in a simple, practical and accessible to all approach. You will learn how to choose the ingredients, prepare your dough and master the main manufacturing steps.
Each participant will leave with their starter, their bread to bake at home as well as a summary guide.
To be expected:
an oven dish measuring 25 cm x 11 cm x 7 cm;
a cloth to carry your preparation.

Découvrez les bases de la panification au levain naturel dans une approche simple, pratique et accessible à tous. Vous apprendrez à choisir les ingrédients, préparer votre pâte et maîtriser les principales étapes de fabrication.
Chaque participant repartira avec son levain, son pain à cuire à la maison ainsi qu'un guide récapitulatif.
À prévoir :
un plat à four de 25 cm x 11 cm x 7 cm ;
un torchon pour transporter votre préparation.

Ontdek de basis van natuurlijk brondeeg brood maken in een eenvoudige, praktische en toegankelijke benadering van alles. U leert hoe u ingrediënten kiest, uw deeg bereidt en de belangrijkste productiestappen onder de knie krijgt.
Elke deelnemer vertrekt met zijn brood, brood om thuis te bakken en een beknopte gids.
Te verwachten:
een ovenschaal van 25 cm x 11 cm x 7 cm;
een doek om uw voorbereiding mee te nemen.
