Michel Cloup, singer guitarist, founder of Diabologum, one of the most important French rock bands in the 90’s, initiated Michel Cloup Duo in the early 2010’s. With Danser danser danser sur les ruines, fourth album released this spring, he continues the companionship started in 2016 with drummer Julien Rufié. His drums offer to the songs the pulsation on which Michel Cloup lays the poetic canvas of his stories, the glowing skies that his guitar will apply to tear open – or sometimes tighter – lightning dreams, acid rain or clouds rushing towards the horizon.
