In a museum or during an exhibition, who visits, who is visited? Work and spectator meet, welcome each other: the aesthetic experience is of hospitality. In this book, Isabelle Gillet comes to "visit" 52 works presented in the museums of the Hauts-de-France Region, including 3 from the Palais des Beaux-Arts de Lille, or in temporary exhibitions. And from this audience, where the writer receives as much as she is received, are born, like so many sensitive snapshots, 52 variations of the feminine.
During this reading/ meeting, Isabelle Gillet will be interviewed by Michèle Gazier, writer and literary critic. The meeting will be preceded by a visit to the exhibition «Where are the women?».
