In this city dedicated to textile manufacturing, young people flock from all rural areas crossed by the Yangtze River. They are 20 years old, share dormitories, eat in corridors. They work tirelessly to one day raise a child, buy a house or set up their own workshop. Between them, friendships and love affairs are formed and unraveled according to the seasons, bankruptcies and family pressures. Interview with director Wang Bing.
