The French car company Altra is trying to get noticed at the Amsterdam show with a displacement that transforms into a rolling house. Mr. Hulot accompanies the car designer to serve as his interpreter and prepare the company’s stand.
At the crossroads of electronic music and psychedelic pop, the trio Temps Calme offers tracks combining guitars cleverly reverberated with the warmth of analog synthesizers and the subtle touch of an inventive drum. Sometimes melodic, sometimes planing, the trio’s retrofuturistic score exudes an irrepressible charm and embarks viewers in a singular rereading of Tati’s cinematic masterpiece, a new multisensory experience that is both demanding and eminently pop.

La société automobile française Altra tente de se faire remarquer au salon d’Amsterdam avec une cylindrée qui se transforme en maison roulante. Monsieur Hulot accompagne le dessinateur de la voiture pour lui servir d’interprète et préparer le stand de la société.
À la croisée de la musique électronique et de la pop psychédélique, le trio Temps Calme propose des titres associant des guitares savamment réverbérées à la chaleur des synthétiseurs analogiques et au toucher subtil d’une batterie inventive. Tantôt mélodique, tantôt planante, la partition rétrofuturiste du trio dégage un charme irrépressible et embarque les spectateurs dans une relecture singulière du chef d’oeuvre cinématographique de Tati, une nouvelle expérience multisensorielle à la fois exigeante et éminemment pop.

Het Franse autobedrijf Altra probeert op de Amsterdamse show op te vallen met een verplaatsing die verandert in een rollend huis. De heer Hulot begeleidt de autoontwerper om te dienen als zijn tolk en de stand van het bedrijf voor te bereiden.
Op het kruispunt van elektronische muziek en psychedelische pop, biedt het trio Temps Calme tracks die gitaren slim weerkaatst met de warmte van analoge synthesizers en de subtiele touch van een inventieve drum. De retrofuturistische score van het trio straalt soms melodieus, soms plangend, een onweerstaanbare charme uit en laat de kijkers meeslepen in een enkelvoudig herlezen van Tati's filmische meesterwerk, een nieuwe multizintuiglijke ervaring die zowel veeleisend als bijzonder pop is.
