Dégustation comparée d'un même vin sur plusieurs millésimes (années). Un voyage dans le temps qui permet d'apprécier les impacts des variations des conditions météorologiques et de suivre l'évolution de nos pratiques de vinification.
On pourra aussi y déceler pour chaque millésime, son aptitude à s'améliorer dans le temps.
