Wir werden dem reisenden Hirten Adrien und seinen 150 Schafen entgegengehen. Dann werden wir die Höhe nehmen, um den Weiler Aygladines zu besuchen und Sandrine zu treffen, die uns die Geschichte des Meerrettichs und seines Bauernhauses bei einer Verkostung erzählen wird.

We will walk to meet Adrien, the itinerant shepherd, and his 150 sheep. Then we will take the height to visit the hamlet of the Aygladines and come back down to meet Sandrine who will tell us the story of the raiole and his farm around a tasting.

Cammineremo per incontrare Adrien, pastore itinerante, e le sue 150 pecore. Poi prendiamo l'altezza per visitare la frazione delle Aygladines e scendiamo per incontrare Sandrine che ci racconterà la storia della razza e della sua fattoria intorno a una degustazione.

Nous marcherons à la rencontre d'Adrien, berger itinérant, et de ses 150 brebis. Puis nous prendrons de la hauteur pour visiter le hameau des Aygladines et redescendrons rencontrer Sandrine qui nous racontera l'histoire de la raiole et de sa ferme autour d'une dégustation.

Senderismo en Mialet: del río a la montaña, del granito a la caliza, de las ovejas al jamón...
Caminaremos al encuentro de Adriano, pastor itinerante, y de sus 150 ovejas. Luego tomaremos la altura para visitar la aldea de los Aygladines y nos reuniremos con Sandrine que nos contará la historia de la raiole y de su granja alrededor de una degustación.
