Wussten Sie schon? Der erste französische Webserver wurde 1992 im Rechenzentrum des IN2P3 (CNRS) in Villeurbanne bei Lyon gegründet. Zu dieser Zeit war die Web-Technologie gerade erst am CERN in Genf entstanden und war nur für den vertraulichen Gebrauch zwischen Physikern zum Datenaustausch bestimmt. Erfahren Sie, wie und warum das Internet entstanden ist, welchen Unterschied es mit dem Internet gibt und wie die erste französische Website aussah. Did you know? The first French web server was created in Villeurbanne, near Lyon, in 1992 at the IN2P3 Computing Center (CNRS). At that time, web technology had just been created at CERN, in Geneva, and was intended only for confidential use between physicists, for the exchange of data. Come and discover how and why the Web was born, what difference there is with the Internet but also what the first French website looked like. Daniel Charnay, one of the precursors of the web in France, will also be present to tell how, with his colleague Wojciech Wojcik, he unknowingly participated in the development of a technology now used by all. This animation is offered as part of the CC-IN2P3 computer museum where the NeXTcube workstation that was used for the first web server is on display.

Lo sapevate? il primo web server francese è nato a Villeurbanne, vicino a Lione, nel 1992 presso il Centro di Calcolo dell'IN2P3 (CNRS). A quel tempo, la tecnologia del web era appena stata creata al CERN, a Ginevra, ed era destinata solo ad un uso confidenziale tra fisici, per lo scambio di dati. Vieni a scoprire come e perché è nato il Web, che differenza c'è con Internet ma anche com'era il primo sito web francese. Daniel Charnay, uno dei precursori del web in Francia, sarà anche presente per raccontare come, insieme al suo collega Wojciech Wojcik, ha partecipato inconsapevolmente allo sviluppo di una tecnologia oggi utilizzata da tutti. L'animazione è offerta come parte del museo dell'informatica del CC-IN2P3 dove è esposta la stazione di lavoro NeXTcube che è stata utilizzata per il primo server web.

Le saviez-vous ? le premier serveur web français a vu le jour à Villeurbanne, près de Lyon, en 1992 au Centre de Calcul de l’IN2P3 (CNRS). A cette époque, la technologie du web venait tout juste d’être créée au CERN, à Genève, et n’était destinée qu’à une utilisation confidentielle entre physiciens, pour l’échange de données. Venez découvrir comment et pourquoi le Web est né, quelle différence y a t-il avec Internet mais aussi à quoi ressemblait le premier site web français. Daniel Charnay, l’un des précurseurs du web en France, sera également présent pour raconter comment, avec son collègue Wojciech Wojcik, il a participé sans le savoir à l’essor d’une technologie aujourd’hui utilisée par tous. Cette animation est proposée dans le cadre de musée de l’informatique du CC-IN2P3 où est exposée la station de travail NeXTcube qui a été utilisée pour le premier serveur web.
