El museo marítimo fluvial y portuario de Ruán vuelve a trazar el pasado del puerto de Ruán y el del Sena en un lugar encargado(lleno) de historia: un antiguo hangar portuario destinado al almacenamiento del vino procedente de África del Norte. Historia del transporte por barco y visita de la gabarra " Borla Roja ", los antiguos puentes de Ruán, exposición "Ruán, ciudad marítima" construcción y reparación naval a " obra de Normandía", la submersión en el Sena de los restos, el armazón marítimo, los barcos de interés patrimonial.
