La Villa Eugénie Desoyer, antiguamente Edificio Henri IV, es un antiguo palacete legado en 1929 a la ciudad por la pareja Camille-Léon Desoyer (1844-1919) y Eugénie-Cécile Desoyer (1854-1944). Cerrado desde enero de 2017 para importantes obras de renovación, se inauguró el 30 de mayo de 2018\. Este edificio alberga ahora la Oficina de Turismo Intercommunal, el Café des Arts, la Boticaria Real y el club Louis-XVI.
