In den Workshops bieten wir Ihnen die Einführung in die burgundische Batarde an, diese typische Schrift aus dem 11. und 12. Jahrhundert, die aus dem Bau des Schlosses Madeleine in Chevreuse stammt.
Der Begriff «Bastard» bestimmt eine Zwischenschrift zwischen der kursiven Gotik und der Textgotik. Das Betrachten oder Kalligraphieren dieser Schrift mit ihrem charakteristischen Stil ist ein wahres Vergnügen.
In einem ersten Schritt lernen Sie die Werkzeuge des Kalligraphen zu verwenden und dann werden wir die Formen und den Rhythmus untersuchen.

During the workshops, we propose to introduce you to Burgundy coffard, this typical writing of the 11th and 12th century, date of the construction of the castle of the Madeleine, in Chevreuse.
The term «bastard» determines an intermediate writing between the cursive gothic and the textura gothic. Contemplating or calligraphy this writing with its characteristic style is a real pleasure.
First, you will learn how to use the calligrapher’s tools and then we will study its forms and rhythm.

Durante i workshop, vi proponiamo di iniziare a batarda borgognona, questa scrittura tipica del XI e XII secolo, data della costruzione del castello della Madeleine, a Chevreuse.
Il termine «bastardino» determina una scrittura intermedia tra la gotica corsiva e la gotica Textura. Contemplare o calligrafare questa scrittura dallo stile così caratteristico è un vero piacere.
In un primo momento, imparerai come utilizzare gli strumenti del calligrafo e poi ne studieremo le forme e il ritmo.

Lors des ateliers, nous vous proposons de vous initier à batarde bourguignone, cette écriture typique du XIème et XII siècle, date de la construction du château de la Madeleine, à Chevreuse.
Le terme « bâtarde » détermine une écriture intermédiaire entre la gothique cursive et la gothique textura.
Contempler ou calligraphier cette écriture au style si caractéristique est un véritable plaisir.
Dans un premier temps, vous apprendrez à utiliser les outils du calligraphe puis nous en étudierons les formes et le rythme.
