Flowers of roses and many other herbs or perennials are actually something for the eye - and for the palate! Their flavors can be retained in syrup and used in oils, sugar, drinks, shakes, sweets, salads as well as main dishes. The supposed decoration on the plate is also healthy and nutritious.
