WEBINAR - Information sessions on the ERC Starting Grant call 2026
Don't hesitate to register for the accompanying session organised by the Université Paris-Saclay for the ERC Starting Grant call 2026.
As part of the ERC-UPSaclay support program, two sessions for candidates from the Université Paris-Saclay perimeter (and Institut Polytechnique de Paris) wishing to apply to the ERC Starting Grant 2026 call are organised on April 28 & 29, 2025.
These sessions will be composed of two phases:
Plenary session 1 on April 28th:
• 9.00am - 11.00am: a general introduction of the ERC Starting Gant 2026. The objective of this session will be to provide an overview of the evaluation criteria, submission process, and ERC panels.
• 11:30am - 13:00pm: There will be a round-table discussion, in which experts, laureates and European Affairs Officers will participate. This will be an opportunity for you to benefit from advice from different stakeholders and to ask any questions you may have.
Plenary session 2 on April 29th:
• 9.00am - 11:30am: Advices on how to write a proposal. The aim of this webinar will be to provide writing guidelines and best practices to prepare and optimize your grant application: Parts B1 and B2. A time for questions and answers will be set at the end of the session.
The final programme will be sent to all registered participants a few days before the session.
You will also be able to benefit from a one-hour individual interview with one of our experts about your project idea. The interviews will take place on May 5th and 6th. After registering, we will get back to you with the details of the interview. All interviews will be conducted by videoconference. Please indicate in the "comments" part of the form if you have any particular availability during this period (morning, afternoon).
Please note: if you are not available on May 5th or 6th, you will be able to benefit from an online session at a later date. Please make sure to indicate this on the registration form.
Registration is free but mandatory. Please note that the webinar as well as the individual interviews are reserved for researchers and teacher-researchers within the perimeter of the Université Paris-Saclay (as well as the Institut Polytechnique de Paris).
Please note: The sessions will be held as a webinar. We will send the final program and the link to connect online to all registrants a few days before the session.

WEBINAIRE - Session d'information ERC Starting Grant 2026
N’hésitez pas à vous inscrire à la session d’accompagnement organisée par l’Université Paris-Saclay en vue de l’appel ERC Starting Grant 2026.
Dans le cadre du programme d'accompagnement ERC-UPSaclay, des sessions d’information à destination de l’ensemble des chercheurs, enseignants-chercheurs et personnels administratifs du périmètre de l'Université Paris-Saclay (et de l'Institut Polytechnique de Paris) sont organisées les 28 et 29 avril 2025. Ces journées seront consacrées à l’appel ERC Starting Grant 2026.
Une session plénière le 28 avril :
• 9h00 - 11h00 : Une présentation générale de l'appel ERC Starting Grant 2026. L’objectif de cette session sera de présenter les critères d'évaluation, la procédure de soumission ainsi que les panels de la classification de l'ERC
• 11h30 - 13h00 : Se tiendra une table-ronde, à laquelle des experts, lauréats et chargés d’affaires Europe participeront. Ce moment d’échanges sera l’occasion pour vous de bénéficier de conseils de la part de différents acteurs, et de poser toutes vos questions.
Une session plénière le 29 avril :
• 9h00 - 11h30 : Des conseils sur la rédaction d’une proposition. Ce webinaire aura pour objectif d'apporter des conseils et les meilleures pratiques pour préparer et optimiser votre candidature : parties B1 et B2. Un temps de questions/réponses est également prévu en fin de session.
Vous pourrez également bénéficier d’un entretien individuel d’une heure avec un de nos experts autour de votre idée de projet. Les entretiens auront lieu les 5 et 6 mai 2025 (ou à des dates ultérieures) et se feront par visioconférence. Merci d'indiquer dans la partie "commentaires" du formulaire si vous avez des disponibilités particulières pour le jour choisi (matin, après-midi).
A noter : si vous n’êtes pas disponible les 5 et 6 mai, vous pourrez bénéficier d’une session en ligne à une date ultérieure. Veillez à bien l’indiquer dans le formulaire d’inscription.
L’inscription est gratuite mais obligatoire, dans la limite des places disponibles. Attention, le webinaire ainsi que les entretiens individuels sont réservés aux chercheurs et enseignants-chercheurs faisant partie du périmètre de l'Université Paris-Saclay (ainsi que de l'Institut Polytechnique de Paris).
A noter : toutes les sessions se dérouleront en webinaire. Nous transmettrons le programme définitif ainsi que le lien pour vous connecter en ligne à l’ensemble des inscrits quelques jours avant la session.
