Die alte Pfarrei von Insos war unter dem Ancien Régime von der Seigneurie de Cazeneuve abhängig. Nach der Revolution wurde sie an Préchac angeschlossen.
Die gut erhaltene romanische Seite ist mit Lanzetten durchsetzt und von einer Gesims mit geschnitzten und historisierten Modillonen überragt. Es hat einen schönen Glockenturm mit militärischem Charakter, der seit dem 14. Jahrhundert homogen ist. Er erhält einen Turm im Norden, der eine Schraubentreppe enthält. Das Portal öffnet sich an der Basis, einfach und elegant, und umfasst drei Säulensäulen mit Aufsätzen, drei Gewölben und eine Archivolte.

The ancient parish of Insos, under the Ancien Régime, depended on the lordship of Cazeneuve. After the Revolution, it was annexed to Préchac.
The Romanesque side, well preserved, is pierced with lancets and surmounted by a cornice with carved and historicized modillions. It has a beautiful gabled bell tower of military character, homogeneous from the 14th century. It receives a turret to the north containing a spiral staircase. The portal opens at the base, simple and elegant, and includes three columns with transoms, three vaults and an archivolt.

L'antica parrocchia di Insos, sotto l'Ancien Régime, dipendeva dalla signoria di Cazeneuve. Dopo la Rivoluzione, fu annessa a Préchac.
Il lato romanico, ben conservato, è forato da lancette e sormontato da una cornice con modiglioni scolpiti e storicizzati. Ha un bel campanile a vela di carattere militare, omogeneo dal XIV secolo. Riceve una torretta a nord contenente una scala a vite. Il portale si apre alla base, semplice ed elegante, e comprende tre colonnette a imposte, tre volte e un'archivolta.

L'ancienne paroisse d'Insos, sous l'Ancien Régime, dépendait de la seigneurie de Cazeneuve. Après la Révolution, elle fut annexée à Préchac.
Le côté roman, bien conservé, est percé de lancettes et surmonté d'une corniche à modillons sculptés et historicisés. Elle possède un beau clocher à pignon de caractère militaire, homogène dès le XIVe siècle. Il reçoit une tourelle au nord contenant un escalier à vis. Le portail s'ouvre à la base, simple et élégant, et comprend trois colonnettes à impostes, trois voûtes et une archivolte.

El lado románico, bien conservado, está perforado con lancetas y coronado por una cornisa con modillones tallados e historicizados. Posee un hermoso campanario de carácter militar, homogéneneneo desde el siglo XIV. Recibe una torreta al norte que contiene una escalera de caracol. La portada se abre en la base, sencilla y elegante, y comprende tres columnitas con impostes, tres bóvedas y una arquivolta.
