Anlehnung an den südöstlichen Teil des Castrums, wurde dieses Haus im späten sechzehnten Jahrhundert von Jacques Godran bewohnt. Der Berater Maleteste entfernte den größten Teil davon und errichtete in der ersten Hälfte des siebzehnten Jahrhunderts auf der Straße und im Gegenzug wichtige Gebäude, bestehend aus einem monumentalen ersten Stock und Dachböden mit drei Wölfen und einem Oculus geschmückt, mit Blick auf den Hof.
Das Gebäude, das auf dem Hof gebaut wurde, verfügt über eine wunderschöne Reihe von Salons, die mit sehr schönen Holzarbeiten geschmückt sind und mit Goldbronzeschlägen von außergewöhnlicher Qualität ausgestattet sind.
Das auf der Straße erbaute Gebäude beherbergt eine reiche Bibliothek Regentschaft, die von Morizot, Rechtsanwalt und Mieter der Maleteste, gebaut wurde; sie ist seit 1924 als historisches denkmal eingestuft.
Interessante Überreste des Kastrums sind in drei Kellern erhalten, und es gibt sogar Spuren im zweiten Stock.
Am unteren Ende des Hofes befindet sich ein Turm mit Spiraltreppe, und ein Schalen-Brunnen, Überreste des sechzehnten Jahrhunderts und, viel jünger, ein eleganter Hochgarten mit topiären Eiben geschmückt.

Backed by the south-eastern part of the castrum, this house was inhabited at the end of the 16th century by Jacques Godran. The councilor Maleeste removed most of it and built in the first half of the XVIIth century, on the street and in return, important buildings, composed of a monumental first floor and attic decorated with three moats and an Oculus, overlooking the courtyard.
The courtyard building includes a superb row of lounges decorated with beautiful woodwork and equipped with gold bronze fittings of exceptional quality.
The building built on the street houses a rich Regency library, built by Morizot, lawyer, tenant of the Maletests; it has been classified as a historical monument since 1924.
Interesting remains of the castrum remain in three cellars, and there is even trace on the second floor.
At the bottom of the courtyard is a turret with helical staircase, and a shell well, remains of the sixteenth century and, much more recently, an elegant raised garden decorated with topiary ifs.

Sostenuta dalla parte sud-orientale del castrum, questa casa fu abitata alla fine del XVI secolo da Jacques Godran. L'assessore Maleeste ne rimosse la maggior parte e ne fece costruire nella prima metà del XVIII secolo, sulla strada e in cambio, importanti edifici, composti da un monumentale primo piano e mansarda decorati con tre fossati e un Oculus, che si affaccia sul cortile.
L'edificio del cortile include una superba fila di salotti decorati con splendidi lavori in legno e dotati di finiture in bronzo dorato di eccezionale qualità.
L'edificio costruito sulla strada ospita una ricca biblioteca Regency, costruita da Morizot, avvocato, locatario dei Maletest; è stato classificato come monumento storico dal 1924.
Resti interessanti del castrum rimangono in tre cantine, e c'è anche traccia al secondo piano.
In fondo al cortile si trova una torretta con scala elicoidale, e un pozzo di conchiglie, resti del Cinquecento e, molto più recentemente, un elegante giardino rialzato decorato con topiari ifs.

Adossée à la partie sud-est du castrum, cette maison était habitée à la fin du XVIème siècle par Jacques Godran. Le conseiller Maleteste en supprima la plus grande partie et édifia dans la première moitié du XVIIème siècle, sur rue et en retour, d'importants bâtiments, composés d'un premier étage monumental et de combles ornées de trois louves et d'un oculus, donnant sur la cour.
Le bâtiment édifié sur cour comprend une superbe enfilade de salons ornés de très belles boiseries et équipés de ferrures en bronze doré d'une exceptionnelle qualité.
Le bâtiment édifié sur rue abrite une riche bibliothèque Régence, construite par Morizot, avocat, locataire des Maleteste; elle est classée monument historique depuis 1924.
D'intéressants vestiges du castrum subsistent dans trois caves, et l'on en retrouve même trace au deuxième étage.
Au fond de la cour se trouve une tourelle à escalier hélicoïdal, et un puits à coquille, vestiges du XVIème siècle et, de façon beaucoup plus récente, un élégant jardin surélevé orné d'ifs topiaires.

Respaldada por la parte sureste del castrum, esta casa fue habitada a finales del siglo XVI por Jacques Godran. El concejal Maleeste retiró la mayor parte de ella y construyó en la primera mitad del siglo XVII, en la calle y a cambio, edificios importantes, compuestos por un primer piso monumental y un ático decorado con tres fosos y un Oculus, con vistas al patio.
El edificio del patio incluye una magnífica fila de salones decorados con hermosas carpinterías y equipados con accesorios de bronce dorado de excepcional calidad.
El edificio construido en la calle alberga una rica biblioteca de la Regencia, construida por Morizot, abogado, arrendatario de los Maletest; está clasificado como monumento histórico desde 1924.
Restos interesantes del castrum permanecen en tres bodegas, e incluso hay rastro en el segundo piso.
En la parte inferior del patio hay una torreta con escalera helicoidal, y un pozo de concha, restos del siglo XVI y, mucho más recientemente, un elegante jardín elevado decorado con topiary ifs.
