CLMH bietet eine Führung durch das Gebäude Langevin an, ein emblematisches Gebäude im Viertel La Grâce de Dieu in Caen, das sich heute im Zentrum eines ehrgeizigen Umstrukturierungsprojekts befindet.
Sie wird von La Soda und Erwan Bonduelle geleitet, dem Architektenverband, der im Rahmen der internationalen Konsultation Quartiers de demain ausgewählt wurde, um die Zukunft dieses Gebäudes zu entwerfen.
Das im Kontext des Wiederaufbaus und der städtischen Entwicklung der Nachkriegszeit errichtete Gebäude Langevin zeugt von einer bedeutenden Epoche in der Geschichte des kollektiven Wohnens. Angesichts der heutigen Herausforderungen - ökologischer Wandel, Anpassung der Wohnungen, Veränderungen in der Nutzung und Lebensqualität - schlägt das Umstrukturierungsprojekt vor, das Gebäude zu erneuern und gleichzeitig seine architektonischen und historischen Qualitäten zu würdigen.
Während dieser Besichtigung werden die Teilnehmer die Ausrichtungen des Projekts entdecken, das darauf abzielt, dieses Erbe des 20. Jahrhunderts zu einem nachhaltigen, attraktiven und an die Bedürfnisse von morgen angepassten Lebensraum zu machen.

CLMH offers a guided tour of the Langevin building, an emblematic building in the Grace de Dieu district of Caen, now at the heart of an ambitious restructuring project.
It will be led by La Soda and Erwan Bonduelle, the group of architects selected as part of the international consultation Quartiers de demain to imagine the future of this building.
Built in the context of post-war reconstruction and urban development, the Langevin building bears witness to a major period in the history of collective housing. Faced with contemporary challenges - ecological transition, adaptation of housing, changing uses and quality of life - the restructuring project proposes to renew the building while enhancing its architectural and heritage qualities.
During this visit, participants will discover the directions of the project which aims to make this heritage of the 20th century a sustainable living place, attractive and adapted to the needs of tomorrow.
A unique opportunity to understand how the architecture inherited from reconstruction can become a lever for inventing the city of tomorrow, while preserving the memory and identity of the neighborhoods that make it up.

Sarà animata da La Soda e Erwan Bonduelle, il gruppo di architetti selezionato nell'ambito della consultazione internazionale Quartiers de demain per immaginare il futuro di questo edificio.
Costruito nel contesto della ricostruzione e dello sviluppo urbano del dopoguerra, l'edificio Langevin testimonia un periodo importante nella storia dell'habitat collettivo. Di fronte alle sfide contemporanee - transizione ecologica, adattamento degli alloggi, evoluzione degli usi e qualità della vita - il progetto di ristrutturazione propone di rinnovare l'edificio valorizzando al contempo le sue qualità architettoniche e patrimoniali.
Durante questa visita, i partecipanti scopriranno gli orientamenti del progetto che mira a rendere questo patrimonio del XX secolo un luogo di vita sostenibile, attraente e adatto alle esigenze di domani.
