Das 1934 eröffnete Quartier des Gratte-Ciel musste sechzig Jahre warten, bevor es Gegenstand eines Kulturerbes war. Dieser Schutz sichert seinen Schutz und fördert seine Wertschätzung.
Heute steht das Viertel vor neuen Herausforderungen. Auf der anderen Seite des Cours Emile Zola entwickelt sich bis 2030 ein städtisches Projekt, um das Viertel an die aktuellen Bedürfnisse seiner Bewohner, Nutzer und Besucher anzupassen und gleichzeitig auf dem Erbe der historischen Wolkenkratzer aufzubauen.

Inaugurated in 1934, the Gratte-Ciel district had to wait sixty years before being protected as a heritage site. This protection ensures its safeguarding and causes its valorization.
Today, the neighborhood is facing new challenges. On the other side of the Cours Emile Zola, an urban project is being implemented by 2030 in order to adapt the district to the current needs of its residents, users and visitors, while building on the legacy of historic skyscrapers.

Oggi, il quartiere si trova ad affrontare nuove sfide. Dall'altra parte del corso Emile Zola, un progetto urbano si sviluppa entro il 2030 per adattare il quartiere alle esigenze attuali dei suoi abitanti, utenti e visitatori, basandosi sull'eredità dei grattacieli storici.

Aujourd’hui, le quartier fait face à de nouveaux enjeux. De l’autre côté du cours Emile Zola, un projet urbain se déploie à horizon 2030 afin d’adapter le quartier aux besoins actuels de ses habitant·es, usagers et visiteurs tout en s’appuyant sur l’héritage des Gratte-ciel historiques.

Hoy, el barrio se enfrenta a nuevos desafíos. Al otro lado del curso Emile Zola, se desarrolla un proyecto urbano para 2030 con el fin de adaptar el barrio a las necesidades actuales de sus habitantes, usuarios y visitantes, aprovechando al mismo tiempo el legado de los rascacielos históricos.
