Die großen protestantischen Persönlichkeiten des Gard
Von der lokalen Bekanntheit zum nationalen Schicksal
Die Vereinigung zum Schutz des Tempels von Sommières, in Partnerschaft mit dem PETR Vidourle-Camargue, der Stadt Sommières und der Stiftung für das Kulturerbe, bietet eine Ausstellung an, die den protestantischen Persönlichkeiten aus dem Gard gewidmet ist, die die Geschichte des Gebiets und der Nation geprägt haben.
Der "Temple au Livre" von Sommières ist ein emblematischer Ort der protestantischen Geschichte der Stadt. Preisträger des Departementspreises 2025 der von Stéphane Bern geleiteten Mission Patrimoine, das Gebäude ist derzeit Gegenstand einer Spendensammlung, um einen Teil der für seine Restaurierung notwendigen Arbeiten zu finanzieren.

The great Protestant figures of the Gard
From local notoriety to national destiny
The Association for the Safeguarding of the Temple of Sommières, in partnership with PETR Vidourle-Camargue, the Town of Sommières and the Heritage Foundation, is offering an exhibition devoted to the Gardoise Protestant personalities who have marked the history of the territory and the nation.
The temple "au Livre" of Sommières is an emblematic place of the Protestant history of the city. Winner of the 2025 Departmental Heritage Mission Award, carried by Stéphane Bern, the building is currently being collected for donations to finance part of the work required for its restoration.

L'Associazione per la salvaguardia del tempio di Sommières, in collaborazione con il PETR Vidourle-Camargue, la città di Sommières e la Fondazione del patrimonio culturale, propone una mostra dedicata alle personalità protestanti gardesane che hanno segnato la storia del territorio e della nazione.
Il tempio "au Livre" di Sommières è un luogo emblematico della storia protestante della città. Vincitore del premio dipartimentale 2025 della Mission Patrimoine guidata da Stéphane Bern, l'edificio è attualmente oggetto di una raccolta fondi destinata a finanziare parte dei lavori necessari al suo restauro.

De la notoriété locale au destin national
L’Association de sauvegarde du temple de Sommières, en partenariat avec le PETR Vidourle-Camargue, la Ville de Sommières et la Fondation du patrimoine, propose une exposition consacrée aux personnalités protestantes gardoises qui ont marqué l’histoire du territoire et de la nation.
Le temple « au Livre » de Sommières est un lieu emblématique de l’histoire protestante de la ville. Lauréat du prix départemental 2025 de la Mission Patrimoine portée par Stéphane Bern, l’édifice fait actuellement l’objet d’une collecte de dons destinée à financer une partie des travaux nécessaires à sa restauration.
