Dissecting the workings of conspiracy through "playing" is what Les Maladroits (Joueurs, TMG 2022) offer in their new creation, Subjectif Lune, hosted in partnership with the Théâtre du Forum Meyrin. With their cameras, a host of unusual objects and “homemade” special effects, the four acolytes recreate the Apollo 11 mission on stage. Archive images and images created in real time, fictional and real testimonies, confront and intertwine in this ingenious and exhilarating fact-check which questions, with mischief, how the production of images interferes in our daily lives. A journey into unexplored theatrical spheres that will leave you with stars in your eyes.

Ce jour-là, deux astronautes américains de la NASA marchent sur la lune, puis rentrent sur terre sains et saufs. Leur exploit est filmé par l’agence spatiale et retransmis en direct à des millions de téléspectateur-rices ébahi-es. Et s’il s’agissait d’une gigantesque fake news ?
Décortiquer les rouages du complotisme par le jeu, voilà ce que proposent Les Maladroits (Joueurs, TMG 2022) dans leur nouvelle création, Subjectif Lune accueillie en partenariat avec le Théâtre du Forum Meyrin. Avec leurs caméras, une kyrielle d’objets insolites et des effets spéciaux « faits maison », les quatre acolytes reconstituent sur scène la mission Apollo 11. Images d’archives et images créées en temps réel, témoignages fictifs et réels, se confrontent et s’entremêlent dans ce fact-checking ingénieux et jubilatoire qui interroge, avec malice, comment la fabrication des images s’immisce dans nos quotidiens. Un voyage dans des sphères théâtrales inexplorées qui vous laissera des étoiles plein les yeux.
