Ein Spaziergang zwischen Erinnerung und städtischem Wandel
Dieser kommentierte Spaziergang lädt Sie ein, die alten Viertel von Lussac zu erkunden, in Verbindung mit den jüngeren und sich verändernden Bereichen wie dem Quartier des Piniers und dem alten Haus der Biche.
🪵 Im Viertel Les Piniers befand sich unter anderem die Möbelfabrik Lebon et Couturier, heute Duvivier, sowie ein Sägewerk.
🏡 Das Haus de la Biche, ein kürzlich von der Gemeinde erworbenes privates Gebäude, verfügt über einen großen Park. Diese Orte sind heute Gegenstand von Sanierungsprojekten, die in das von der Gemeinde geleitete Programm "Kleine Städte von morgen" integriert sind.
Der Besuch endet mit einem geselligen Gespräch.

A walk between memory and urban transformation
This commented walk invites you to explore the old districts of Lussac, in connection with the more recent sectors in mutation, such as the district of Piniers and the former house of Biche.
🪵 The Piniers district was notably home to the Lebon and Couturier furniture factory, which became Duvivier, as well as a sawmill.
🏡 The house of La Biche, private building recently acquired by the town, has a vast park. These places are now the subject of rehabilitation projects integrated into the "Small Cities of Tomorrow" program, led by the municipality.
The visit will conclude with a friendly moment of exchanges.

🪵 Il quartiere di Les Piniers ospitava in particolare la fabbrica di mobili Lebon et Couturier, diventata Duvivier, e una segheria.
🏡 La casa della Biche, un edificio privato recentemente acquistato dal comune, è dotato di un ampio parco. Questi luoghi sono oggi oggetto di progetti di riabilitazione integrati nel programma "Piccole città del futuro", guidato dal comune.

🪵 Le quartier des Piniers abritait notamment l’usine de meubles Lebon et Couturier, devenue Duvivier, ainsi qu’une scierie.
🏡 La maison de la Biche, bâtisse privée récemment acquise par la commune, est dotée d’un vaste parc. Ces lieux font aujourd’hui l’objet de projets de réhabilitation intégrés au programme "Petites Villes de Demain", piloté par la commune.

Un paseo entre memoria y transformación urbana
Este paseo comentado le invita a explorar los barrios antiguos de Lussac, en relación con las zonas más recientes en mutación, como el barrio de los Pinares y la antigua casa de la Biche.
🪵 El barrio de los pinares albergaba la fábrica de muebles Lebon et Couturier, ahora Duvivier, así como un aserradero.
🏡 La casa de la Biche, edificio privado recientemente adquirido por el municipio, está dotada de un amplio parque. Estos lugares son hoy el objeto de proyectos de rehabilitación integrados en el programa "Pequeñas ciudades del mañana", dirigido por la comuna.
La visita concluirá con un momento de intercambio.
