This summer, in conjunction with the exhibitions at the Rencontres de la photographie d'Arles, Montmajour Abbey invites you to take part in family visits to share a moment with young and old alike.
During these 1.5-hour tours for young visitors, we invite children, accompanied by parents and grandparents, to discover the two exhibitions on show at the abbey. In the refectory, discover the "Ama", a community of women fishermen in Japan, and in the chapter house, explore the vast territory of Arles through a series of photographs.through a series of photographs illustrating the legend of the tarasque, the bulls, the buildings of the town of Arles, the Roman remains, etc.
Children will also have fun discovering the abbey.
