We invite the little ones, and the grown-ups! to a gourmet journey through time.
Discover the recipes of Antiquity and the Middle Ages as if you were there!
On the program: making hypocras (alcohol-free), cooking a fennel stew with bacon and apples, a spicy stew and a moretum (the famous Roman cheese with spices) in which you can dip antique pancakes. A delight!
On the sweet side, a spicy fruit snack and scented water will delight you!
Between each moment in the kitchen, take the opportunity to learn the techniques to make fire without using a single lighter! And discover calligraphy and illumination by rewriting a recipe of your choice on a pretty parchment.

Nous invitons les petits, et les grands!, à un voyage gourmand à travers le temps.
Découvrez les recettes de l'Antiquité et du Moyen Âge comme si vous y étiez!
Au programme: fabrication d'hypocras (sans alcool), cuisine d'une potée de fenouil au lard et aux pommes, d'un ragoût aux épices et d'un moretum (le fameux fromage romain aux épices ) dans lequel vous pourrez plonger des galettes antiques. Un régal !
Côté sucré, un gasteau aux fruits épicés et une eau parfumée vous régaleront!
Entre chaque moment aux fourneaux, profitez-en pour vous initier aux techniques pour faire du feu sans utiliser un seul briquet! Et découvrez la calligraphie et l'enluminure en réécrivant une recette de votre choix sur un joli parchemin.

Wij nodigen jongeren en ouderen uit voor een gastronomische reis door de tijd.
Ontdek de recepten van de oudheid en de middeleeuwen alsof u er bent!
Op het programma: Het maken van hypocra's (zonder alcohol), het koken van een venkelpot met spek en appels, een stoofpot met specerijen en een moretum (de beroemde Romeinse kaas met specerijen) waarin u kunt onderdompelen in antieke taarten. Een traktatie!
Aan de zoete kant zult u genieten van een pittige fruitgastle en geurig water!
Maak tussen elk moment bij de kachels van de gelegenheid gebruik om jezelf te laten kennismaken met de technieken om vuur te maken zonder een enkele aansteker te gebruiken! En ontdek kalligrafie en verlichting door een recept naar keuze te herschrijven op een mooie scrollbaan.
