The legend of Loupio
Loupio, the young orphaned troubadour created by Jean-François Kieffer, has conquered the hearts of millions of readers with his adventures full of courage and joie de vivre. Today, we bring this endearing character to life on stage in a musical that promises to enchant families.
During this show, Loupio comes across a dozen children from the city of Assisi, to whom he tells in songs his extraordinary encounters and discoveries along the paths.
Dialogues, dances and songs unfold under a backdrop projected on the big screen: magnificent scenes come alive over the songs to give the viewer the impression of being also in Assisi, at the time of Saint Francis.
The 20 songs of the show are performed by a talented artistic team: the creator of Loupio himself – lute player like his hero – the actor Gaëtan de Courrèges, twelve young people from the choir «Friends of all children in the world» and the flutist-percussionist Bruno Ortega.
This musical will leave in every child unforgettable images and choruses that will not leave them!
