An original exhibition on two sites: the Flers Castle Museum and the Ascq 1944 Memorial.
The exhibition will be visible for the commemorations of the Ascq Massacre on April 2, 2023
Convinced of the importance of memorial transmission, the Maison de la jeunesse, the Flers-Sart and Cocteau social centres and the City’s Prevention department launched in 2022 a call for regional, national and international artists.
27 artists respond to the call and voluntarily create works on supports made by young people from reclaimed wood.
The result is an exhibition of works with various forms of pictorial expression, from graffiti to stencil, collage, sculpture or drawing.

Du 14 février au 02 avril, découvrez l'exposition "Graff et Guerre". Des œuvres réalisées par des figures de l’art graphique urbain pour sensibiliser à l’histoire des deux conflits mondiaux.
Une exposition originale sur deux sites : le Musée du Château de Flers et le Mémorial Ascq 1944.
L'exposition sera notamment visible pour les commémorations du Massacre d'Ascq le 2 avril 2023
Convaincu de l’importance de la transmission mémorielle, la Maison de la jeunesse, les centres sociaux Flers-Sart et Cocteau et le service Prévention de la Ville lancent en 2022 un appel à des artistes régionaux, nationaux et internationaux.
27 artistes répondent à l’appel et créent bénévolement des œuvres sur des supports fabriqués par les jeunes à partir de bois de récupération.
Le résultat donne une exposition d’œuvres aux formes d’expressions picturales variées, du graff au pochoir, en passant par le collage, la sculpture ou le dessin.

Ontdek van 14 februari tot en met 2 april de tentoonstelling "Graff et Guerre". Werken gemaakt door stedelijke grafische kunst figuren om het bewustzijn van de geschiedenis van de twee wereldoorlogen te vergroten.
Een originele tentoonstelling op twee plaatsen: Het Flers Castle Museum en het Ascq 1944 Memorial.
De tentoonstelling is zichtbaar voor de herdenkingen van de Ascq Massacre op 2 april 2023
Overtuigd van het belang van herdenking overdracht, lanceerden de Maison de la jeunesse, de Flers-Sart en Cocteau sociale centra en de City's Prevention afdeling in 2022 een oproep voor regionale, nationale en internationale kunstenaars.
27 kunstenaars reageren op de oproep en maken vrijwillig werken op steun van jongeren van teruggewonnen hout.
Het resultaat is een tentoonstelling van werken met verschillende vormen van beeldende expressie, van graffiti tot stencil, collage, sculptuur of tekening.
