Thursday, April 17 from 10am to 12pm, come and learn how to make the delicious museum waffles, made according to a traditional recipe!
A workshop to share with the family, in groups of 2 to 5 people.
On the agenda:
- Discover the recipe for brown sugar filled waffles that were once made to celebrate the new year!
- Work as a family and measure, add the ingredients (bio!) and knead the dough then prepare the filling.
- Then comes the time to cook and make waffles!
- The morning ends with a participatory guided tour of the kitchen and bakery to understand where flour comes from and how it was cooked without today’s electrical appliances.
- And of course you will go home with your waffles to share with your entourage!

Mercredi 8 juillet de 10h à 12h, venez apprendre en famille à confectionner les délicieuses gaufres du musée, élaborées selon une recette traditionnelle!
Un atelier à partager en famille, par groupe de 2 à 5 personnes.
Au programme :
- Découvrez la recette des gaufres fourrées à la cassonade qu'on faisait autrefois pour fêter la nouvelle année !
- Travaillez en famille et mesurez, ajoutez les ingrédients (bios!) et pétrissez la pâte puis préparez le fourrage.
- Vient ensuite le temps de cuire et de confectionner les gaufres !
- La matinée se termine par une visite guidée participative de la cuisine et de la boulangerie pour comprendre d'où vient la farine et comment on cuisinait sans les appareils électriques d'aujourd'hui.
- Et bien sûr vous repartirez avec vos gaufres à la maison pour partager avec votre entourage !

Op donderdag 17 april van 10:00 tot 12:00 uur kunt u leren hoe u heerlijke museumwafels maakt, gemaakt volgens een traditioneel recept!
Een workshop om te delen met de familie, in groepen van 2 tot 5 personen.
Op de agenda:
- Ontdek het recept voor met bruine suiker gevulde wafels die ooit zijn gemaakt om het nieuwe jaar te vieren!
- Werk als een gezin en meet, voeg de ingrediënten (bio!) kneed het deeg en bereid de vulling voor.
- Dan is het tijd om te koken en wafels te maken!
- De ochtend eindigt met een participatieve rondleiding door de keuken en bakkerij om te begrijpen waar meel vandaan komt en hoe het is gekookt zonder de huidige elektrische apparaten.
- En natuurlijk gaat u naar huis met uw wafels te delen met uw entourage!
