Get ready to take on the challenge of the 3rd edition of the aquatic triathlon "Swim, Run & Bike"! Meet on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., at the Triolo pool.
This event combines cycling, swimming and running in the water, in a format suitable for all levels. From 16 years old, come test your limits and share a dynamic moment alone or with friends.
The tests:
- Aqua bike (small bath)
Departure to the steps of the small bath. Each competitor joins their aquabike (row = color of the hat). To a music type Tabata, alternating efforts in dancer and seated recovery. Non-compliance with the position = red card.
- Swimming (big bath)
Free style, distance counted by the MNS. Prohibited aid material. Prolonged stop at the wall not allowed.
- Aqua running (big bath)
- 75 m: belt mandatory (provided), arm movements allowed, vertical position required.
- 125 m: no belt, board held in the back, vertical position required.
Rate: €6.50. Register directly at the reception of the Triolo pool from March 2 to 22, 2026.

Préparez-vous à relever le défi de la 3ᵉ édition du triathlon aquatique "Swim, Run & Bike" ! Rendez-vous dimanche 29 mars 2026, de 8h à 12h30, à la piscine du Triolo.
Cet événement combine vélo, natation et course dans l'eau, dans un format adapté à tous les niveaux. Dès 16 ans, venez tester vos limites et partager un moment dynamique en solo ou entre amis.
Les épreuves :
Départ aux marches du petit bain. Chaque concurrent rejoint son aquabike (rangée = couleur du bonnet). Sur une musique type Tabata, alternance d’efforts en danseuse et de récupération assise. Non-respect de la position = carton rouge.
Style libre, distance comptée par les MNS. Matériel d’aide interdit. Arrêt prolongé au mur non autorisé.
- Aqua running (grand bain)
- 75 m : ceinture obligatoire (fournie), mouvements de bras autorisés, position verticale exigée.
- 125 m : pas de ceinture, planche tenue dans le dos, position verticale exigée.

Bereid je voor op de uitdaging van de 3e editie van de Swim, Run & Bike water triathlon! Tot ziens zondag 29 maart 2026, van 8u tot 12U30, bij het zwembad van de Triolo.
Dit evenement combineert fietsen, zwemmen en hardlopen in het water, in een formaat dat geschikt is voor alle niveaus. Kom vanaf 16 jaar je grenzen op de proef stellen en deel een dynamisch moment, alleen of met vrienden.
Proefdrukken:
- Aqua fiets (klein bad)
Vertrek naar de trappen van het kleine bad. Elke concurrent voegt zich bij zijn aquabike (rij = kleur van het kapje). Op een Tabata type muziek, afwisselende inspanningen als danser en zitherstel. Positie niet gerespecteerd = rode kaart.
- Zwemmen (groot bad)
Vrije stijl, afstand geteld door MNS. Hulpmateriaal verboden. Langdurige wandstop niet toegestaan.
- Aqua Running (groot bad)
- 75 m: verplichte riem (meegeleverd), armbewegingen toegestaan, verticale positie vereist.
- 125 m: geen riem, boord in de rug gehouden, verticale positie vereist.
