The Camerata of Flanders
Founded in 2019 by the violinist Benjamin Boursier, the Camerata de Flandre is a young and committed string ensemble, bringing together twelve talented musicians from Hauts-de-France. Conceived as an artistic collective with a vivid imagination, the Camerata explores with passion a demanding repertoire open to its time, emphasizing listening, freedom of interpretation and musical dialogue.
Program: At the pace of the 4 seasons
We invite you on a journey to the heart of baroque Italy with a program dedicated to Antonio Vivaldi, undisputed master of the concertante style. You will hear the Symphony for strings in C major RV 113, then the Concerto for viola and cello RV 531, a real musical conversation between two soloists. Finally, the ensemble will perform The Four Seasons, a timeless masterpiece in which Vivaldi paints with evocative force the emotions and landscapes of nature’s cycles.

La Camerata de Flandre
Fondée en 2019 par le violoniste Benjamin Boursier, la Camerata de Flandre est un ensemble à cordes jeune et engagé, rassemblant douze musiciens talentueux des Hauts-de-France. Pensée comme un collectif artistique à l’imagination vive, la Camerata explore avec passion un répertoire exigeant et ouvert sur son époque, en mettant l’accent sur l’écoute, la liberté d’interprétation et le dialogue musical.
Programme : Au rythme des 4 saisons
Nous vous invitons à un voyage au cœur de l’Italie baroque avec un programme consacré à Antonio Vivaldi, maître incontesté du style concertant. Vous entendrez la Symphonie pour cordes en Do majeur RV 113, puis le Concerto pour alto et violoncelle RV 531, véritable conversation musicale entre deux solistes. Enfin, l’ensemble interprétera Les Quatre Saisons, chef-d’œuvre intemporel où Vivaldi peint avec une force évocatrice les émotions et paysages des cycles de la nature.

De Camerata van Vlaanderen
De Camerata de Flandre werd in 2019 opgericht door de violist Benjamin Boursier en is een jong en geëngageerd strijkenensemble, dat twaalf getalenteerde muzikanten uit de Hauts-de-France samenbrengt. De Camerata zijn ontworpen als een artistiek collectief met een levendige verbeelding en verkent met passie een veeleisend repertoire dat open staat voor zijn tijd, met de nadruk op luisteren, vrijheid van interpretatie en muzikale dialoog.
Programma: In het tempo van de 4 seizoenen
Wij nodigen u uit op een reis naar het hart van het barokke Italië met een programma gewijd aan Antonio Vivaldi, onbetwiste meester van de concertante stijl. Je hoort de symfonie voor snaren in C Major RV 113, dan het Concerto voor viola en cello RV 531, een echt muzikaal gesprek tussen twee solisten. Tot slot zal het ensemble de Four Seasons uitvoeren, een tijdloos meesterwerk waarin Vivaldi met een suggestieve kracht de emoties en landschappen van de cycli van de natuur schildert.
