Loïc Froissart was born in the north of France where he studied applied arts. After working in communication, he moved to Paris and illustrated several albums for youth and the press (Seuil Jeunesse, Le Rouergue, Doolittle, revue XXI).
It is to Loïc Froissart that we owe the cheerful and dynamic visual of Biblis en folie.
In 2025, the media library asked him to come and observe and recount the daily life of the media library, among all those you meet there and all the encounters it allows.
The work continued in 2026 and gave rise to the exhibition of twenty original plates presented by the author as well as the distribution of a small booklet offering us the first pages of a beautiful story...
The artist will be present at the media library to discuss his work.

Loïc Froissart est né dans le nord de la France où il a étudié les arts appliqués. Après avoir travaillé pour la communication, il s’installe à Paris et illustre plusieurs albums pour la jeunesse et la presse (Seuil Jeunesse, Le Rouergue, Doolittle, revue XXI ).
C’est à Loïc Froissart que nous devons le visuel gai et dynamique de Biblis en folie.
En 2025, la médiathèque lui a demandé de venir observer et mettre en récit le quotidien de la médiathèque, entre tous ceux que l’on y croise et toutes les rencontres qu’elle permet.
Le travail s'est poursuivi en 2026 et donne lieu a l'exposition d'une vingtaine de planches originales présentées par l'auteur ainsi qu'à la diffusion d'un petit livret nous offrant les premières pages d'une belle histoire...
L'artiste sera présent à la médiathèque pour discuter de son travail.

Loïc Froissart Werd geboren in Noord-Frankrijk waar hij toegepaste kunsten studeerde Na zijn werk voor communicatie verhuisde hij naar Parijs en illustreerde hij verschillende albums voor de jeugd en de pers (Seuil Jeunesse, Le Rouergue, Doolittle, Revue XXI).
Het is aan Loïc Froissart dat we het vrolijke en dynamische beeld van Biblis en Folie te danken hebben.
In 2025 vroeg de mediabibliotheek hem om te komen kijken en het dagelijkse leven van de mediabibliotheek te vertellen, tussen al degenen die we daar ontmoeten en alle vergaderingen die het toelaat.
Het werk werd voortgezet in 2026 en geeft aanleiding tot de tentoonstelling van twintig originele platen gepresenteerd door de auteur, evenals de verspreiding van een klein boekje dat ons de eerste pagina's van een prachtig verhaal biedt...
De kunstenaar zal aanwezig zijn in de mediabibliotheek om zijn werk te bespreken.
