Bound(Connected) to the history(story) of Nevers, big(great) pole(centre) faïencier for the XVIth century, its chief collection (big(great) ornamental dishes, tiles(window panes) of paving, bottles with decorations(sets), statues, decorative plates(patches) or atypical objects), is accompanied by a glass collection enamelled, unique(only) in France. Beyond works, the reopening of the museum invites in a rediscovery of this monument. Indeed, works allowed the rehabilitation of the old(former) medieval buildings(ships) of the abbey Notre-Dame, as well as of the Hotel Roussignol du XIXème century, supplemented by new constructions. The architectural choice(selection) to associate stone and wood, contemporary building(ship) and old(former) constructions, makes this museum one of the major architectural elements of the city of Nevers.
