Discuss with George Nuku about his recent intervention in the MEG permanent exhibition. The Maori objects usually displayed in the MEG showcases are on loan to the Museum of Natural History as part of the exhibition Bottle at Sea 2120, Te Ao Māori . With a fine work of sculpture and engraving, the artist has invested the MEG showcase left temporarily empty. Through this intervention, George Nuku invites us to grasp the metaphysical character of māori culture and to understand that the invisible is present and as real as the visible.

Places are limited and reservations are mandatory from Monday to Friday by email to publics.meg@ville-ge.ch, specifying your name, first name, telephone number and the number of people accompanying you.
