The LPs played during this DJ Set come from the Marco Botta collection, acquired by MEG in 2011. The collection comprises almost 5,000 LPs, most of which date from the 1960s and 70s and have been released on a multitude of labels around the world.

Janeen

Originally from London and based in Valais, Janeen is a multi-faceted DJ and curator who draws her musical culture from electronic music, jazz and hip-hop, adding new and exclusive tracks to her DJ sets. She oscillates between house, bass music and US rap to build her sets, all unique and imbued with different musical influences. She's particularly fond of footwork, jungle and boom bap, which makes her sets dynamic, punchy and groovy. Janeen has become a key artist and curator on the Swiss electronic music scene. In recent years, she has performed at such iconic venues as NTS Radio, Kiosk Radio and TRSTN Radio, and at such internationally renowned festivals as the Montreux Jazz Festival, Visions du Réel and Couleur Café. JANEEN is also a resident DJ on the Couleur3 (RTS) programme Métissages, and curated her own contemporary music programme, Elements, from 2023 to 2024.
