MEG and Les Créatives are teaming up once again to bring you a workshop on a theme and with a speaker to be announced shortly.

A leading figure in contemporary poetry, Lisette Lombé (BE) is a slammer, performer and collagist. Co-founder of the feminist artists' collective L-Slam, she has been booked throughout the French-speaking world since 2015.

Initially published in Belgium, she was quickly spotted in France, where her texts were included in prestigious publishing houses (Eunice by Seuil; Enfants poètes by Laffont) and the catalogues of avant-garde collections (Brûler, brûler, brûler by Iconopop; Lettres aux jeunes poétesses by l'Arche). A multi-awarded artist for her words and her social commitment, she is Belgium's new National Poetess for 2024 and 2025.

This year, she will be leading a slam workshop at the MEG, which will take place between the MEG library and the temporary exhibition "Mémoires. Geneva in the colonial world".

.

In collaboration/coproduction with and as part of the Les Créatives festival.

The workshop will be held in french.
