A proposal of Bachelor 2 Fine Arts students from the University Bordeaux Montaigne.
On the occasion of the European Heritage Days
Flash visits are short visits with a mediator to address a topic through a few key points and allow visitors to continue their discovery of the museum independently.
Between heritage and contemporary creation, the visit proposed by the students of Bordeaux Montaigne, will immerse you in the history of the Lainé Warehouse from the construction of the building until the creation of the Capc.
It will continue with a discussion on the project, on mezzanines, that they led with Maya Mihindou, guest artist on the occasion of the European Days of Heritage and Matrimony at Capc. - - -

The museum, formerly a centre for contemporary plastic arts, was created in 1973 by Jean-Louis Froment. He settled in 1974 in the Lainé Warehouse, a former warehouse of colonial goods that will be redeveloped in the following years. Since then, it has hosted numerous exhibitions.
