You're not dreaming: there are two moons in the sky, and we're not on Saturn (which has twenty satellites) but on Earth. An enormous phosphorescent moon dominates the Port of the Moon and looks almost as big as the 'real' one.
During the day, it is charged with the radiant energy of the city, the albedo effect of the white stone and the river, and at night it reflects the madness of the day, the lights and the crowds. Does the six-metre-wide star also affect humans, who are sensitive to the lunar cycle?

This year, we're paying tribute to the star that gave birth to the city, with two symbolic artistic gestures: opening the festival on the night of a full moon, and installing a second moon to keep the magic going throughout the festival!
