About the location

Jardins du Manoir de la Possonnière
La Possonnière Couture-sur-Loir, 41800 Vallée-de-Ronsard
  • Loir-et-Cher
  • Centre-Val de Loire
Birthplace of Pierre de Ronsard whose new gardens created in 2020 are freely inspired by the Renaissance.
There is a rose garden, a labyrinth, a bosco, a green room, a pergola, a vegetable garden... The design was largely based on the plants and landscape themes present in Ronsard’s prose such as the rose, of course, but also the apricot tree, the vine or the laurel.
