Plants in resistance, a singular adaptation
The plants of dry areas have singularities (graphics, foliage, scents) that speak directly to our senses and make them very attractive in our gardens.
Beyond the aesthetic side, when we detail plants of Mediterranean type – or similar climate – we are always struck by the singularities and beauty of the foliage. As if nature had made them attractive to better adorn our gardens. Well no, Mother Nature has just done a careful adaptation work, a multi-year evolution, with small steps, to make them more resistant to lack of water and heat. Each is unique and has specialized in surviving a hostile environment.
On the occasion of the Rendez-vous au jardin, let’s discover these plants that will sign our gardens of tomorrow.
