Cultivated in a natural and organic way, the Jardin de l'Ermite is a small oasis away from the tumult and excitement. I consists of an orchard of regional and unexpected fruit trees, an apiary, a vegetable garden where grows a wide variety of rare vegetables, an ornamental garden. Surrounded by a country hedge, it hosts two couples of storks. The garden is a place of sharing and exchange where permaculture, garden squares, culture on straw bales, electroculture, etc.
