On the occasion of the Rendez-vous aux jardins come and discover the park of the pond in Battrans. This park of 3 hectares is organized from a house of modern construction overlooking a pond of about 80 ares. Gravel or grassy paths allow to circulate among trees, flower beds and around the pond. Its great botanical richness (350 varieties of trees and shrubs) makes this garden a real arboretum that is enriched over the years with new trees and new flower beds.
In autumn 2008, two macrophylla and paniculata hydrangea beds were installed, as well as a flowery lawn.
In 2004, the garden was awarded the «Jardin remarquable» label by the Ministry of Culture.
