Located at 2 rue de Lonrai in Colombiers (61), nestled between the city of Alençon and the forest of Écouves, the «Chant des Arbres» is an associative space of discovery of nature and sharing of cultural and cultural knowledge and know-how, respectful of the environment and biodiversity.
Le Chant des Arbres is a beautiful place, including a farmhouse (consisting of a longhouse and a barn that opens on 5 hectares of land bordered by the Briante, to the west and the Bief to the east between which lie a garden converted into permaculture, meadows, fruit trees on a large orchard and woods. The objectives are environmental, cultural, social and solidarity-based. The Chant des Arbres has the chance to be located 5 km from Alençon, in the village which makes it visible and easy to access. The commune of the ecolieu is a member of the Normandy-Maine Regional Park and the Urban Community of Alençon.
