The 123 Soleil de Mornant association opens the gates of its Mornant aqueduct garden as part of Rendez-vous aux jardins:
on Friday 31/05 on reservation for schools,
on Saturday 01/06, reception from 14h to 16h for the public, with pre-booking by email at: 123soleilmornant@gmail.com
We recommend that you park near the College and continue on foot to the aqueduct (200 meters). We prepare for our visitors: a photo and audio tour, recognition of arômates by their taste and smell and explanations about the tools used and the cultivated plots.

Garden cultivated since time immemorial today associative garden at the foot of the aqueduct of Gier (classified historical monument), the river Mornantet flows at its feet, creations of artistic works, cultures on terrace. Protected animals present on the site including salamanders. Free or guided tour. Discovery of plants and flowers in the garden. Initiation to sculpture and painting. Exhibition of old postcards of the place. Animation for the children (they will leave with a plant). Pottery: from romans to oyas. Lovers of garden, architecture, history, art, animals or simple visitors are welcome.
