About the location

Jardin du domaine de Banizette
Banizette 23500 La Nouaille
  • Creuse
  • Nouvelle-Aquitaine
This former garden of the Seigneury of Banizette of the fifteenth century, decorated with a terrace on the reach where flows La Banize and a pavilion covered with shingles in the shade of boxwood three hundred years, remains authentic in the heart of the domain. Squares of vegetables and herbs from the vegetable garden to perennial and annual plants highlight the fountain of white water and pay tribute to the garden with its colors changing with the seasons. The outbuildings (the mill, the bread oven, the stable, the dovecote porch) house a collection of tools and objects from past centuries. A guaranteed return to the past full of surprises and emotion.
