This private domain is located in a listed monument perimeter, next to the Adour River, 20 minutes from Tarbes in the Hautes Pyrénées department. The property dates back to its origin in 1825/1830, then after additions by purchases of adjacent plots and inheritances, we arrive in 1850/1860 at the end of the construction of the vast building, as it still remains today; the property remained in the same family until 1992 when we became owners.
This house of character was totally dilapidated, had no indoor sanitary facilities or heating and was completely restored in 1992 . What can be called today "the park", was only a wasteland with a superb Cedar of Lebanon unfortunately torn away during the widening works of the bed of the Adour in 2001, two or three palm trees on the street front and four sick plane trees, irretrievably condemned to slaughter.
The space has been redesigned, redesigned and replanted from A to Z. Paths have been created.
