In June 2024, La Belle Étoile inaugurated its educational garden designed by Cédric Tissot-Renaud. A wild and cultivated artist, Cédric Tissot-Renaud is in residence at La Belle Étoile to design a resilient garden in the heart of Ville. Planting of a willow grove, realization of wicker structures, dry toilets, solar pump, solar oven. Mandala in permaculture, chicken coop, rainwater recovery, compost... A living space open to all to take the time to settle, "pause" and listen to sing the rhythm of the seasons.
