In the company of Anna Shoji, a Japanese market gardener based in France, you will get to know shiso, an aromatic plant widely used in Japanese cuisine. Make your own miso with shiso, a fermented paste used in soups, ramen or sushi.

Last workshop of the painter Foujita, this small rural house overlooking the valley of the Mérantaise has remained in the state since the death of the painter in 1968\. It is an exceptional place of memory that allows to discover the intimate universe of one of the most famous painters of the School of Paris.
