About the location

Le Jardin Littéraire de Sculptures
295 chemin de la Forêt Bassillac et Auberoche
  • Dordogne
  • Nouvelle-Aquitaine
More than a hundred sculptures staged illustrate the most beautiful quotes of writers. Located in a remarkable green setting, a poetic vegetable garden, century-old oaks and facilities form the decor of this course on 12,000 m² of differentiated garden. A series of amazing installations dedicated to Arthur Rimbaud retraces his life and work. His most beautiful poems (Ma Bohème, Le Bateau ivre, Le Dormeur du val, Les Poètes de sept ans, etc.) but also the texts "A Season in Hell" and "Illuminations" are transformed into sculptures and open to the imagination of visitors.
