The Magnanerie Museum of Lagorce offers, from April to September, the discovery of the most important breeding of silkworms open to the public. Entomological collections and objects of former cocoon producers provide a testimony on the practices of silk farms. In front of the museum, a varietal collection of mulberry trees (30n of fruit or ancient species of the genus Morus) sports a gentle slope arranged to link the village to the bottom of the village (access parking, hiking trails, playground): this thematic arboretum is designated as “Blackberry Calade”, its access is free and pedestrian only (PMR). Its design by the nurseryman Frédéric Cochet meets the town’s urban, landscape, cultural and heritage objectives.

Access
Lagorce is only 5km from Vallon Pont d'Arc and 9km from Chauvet Cave. Car parks for cars and motorhomes located below the village, Salastre district, come to relieve the crossing of the capital: follow the direction Ruoms/Vogüé to leave the capital place, take the road of Salastre on your right (it bypasses the cemetery) and 900 meters after the start of the botanical trail and on the path that goes up towards the village, 2 parking spaces are available. The second car park has PMR spaces and electrical terminal.
